I teach small group Pilates matwork classes in Loxwood, Billingshurst and Wisborough Green (West Sussex).

My classes are intended to be fully inclusive - for men and women of all ages, and all abilities.

• If you are completely new to Pilates, haven’t done Pilates for some time, would like to focus more on your alignment and control, or prefer a slower moving more focused class then my Gentle Pilates class is for you. It is slower paced to allow you time to become familiar with the moves and gain confidence.

• If you are a beginner but can't make the gentle Pilates class please don't let that put you off. Try one of my mixed ability classes where I offer adaptations to suit all levels.

• For those more familiar with Pilates matwork moves who want to work harder, then my intermediate classes are likely to suit you best.
